Butler Institute of Art

Bushel of Tears  14 x 11 pastel

What an honor, I have just received notification from the Pastel Society of America that my painting "Bushel of Tears" is included in a show at The Butler Institute of American Art in Youngstown, Ohio from December - January 2015.

Hummm, I've never been to Ohio...

    Thank you everyone. I am so excited about the Butler that I am actually thinking we will take a road trip!!

    Just returned from a plein aire workshop with Liz Heywood Sullivan in NE CT, stunning fall colors. If you ever get the chance, take one with her She is great. It was totally out of my comfort zone being a still life gal, but I learned a lot that apply across all genres.
